Free Courier Delivery applicable in the case of order value Rs. 400 and above within Tamilnadu. Order value Rs. 600 and above free delivery for other state across in India. Less profit few Products like sugar and salt Courier charges added default with MRP.

Dispatch

Next day Delivery
In some customers looking immediate courier delivery that means next day of the order then free courier concept did not work out for that we use to send via professional courier with in tamilnadu for that Rs. 100 per kg will be charged to customer. Some customer requesting professional courier alone also applied above courier charges. Returned Courier due to some issues
In some cases, Products not received customer due to unavailability and not picking the phone when the courier boy calling to customer then we use to return from courier office, by that time we use to resend the courier again to same address otherwise new address mention by customer.
Claim
